I am the founder of Land Hawks Drone Service, and a dedicated and responsible small business owner with a strong foundation in integrity and honesty. I hold an M.S. degree from Eastern Kentucky University and an FAA Part 107 drone pilot license. Since starting Land Hawks Drone Service in June of 2020, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to providing top-notch services to clients.
I specialize in drone photography, drone videography, and both roof and house inspections, I have worked closely with real estate agents, real estate investors, and property inspectors to deliver precise and reliable results. My expertise extends to scouting land for investors, offering valuable feedback for purchase decisions, and marking properties with flags to determine optimal homesite, septic, and well locations.

Land Hawks Drone Service was started by my wife Kim and me when she started working in the real estate industry as a North Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker. I became licensed with the FAA as a small unmanned aircraft pilot to conduct real estate aerial photography and videography. I was looking for a place to retire, so I also became licensed in North Carolina as a Real Estate Broker. Since we were working with multiple real estate investors we became interested in investing, and Land Hawks Drone Service was born.
Kim worked in the healthcare industry for several years prior to real estate and I was in law enforcement for over twenty five years. We use the relationship skills we learned from prior professions to provide the best experience for our clients and customers. We are just normal people working with others in need to provide the best outcome for all involved.
